Then having stayed in the area after residency, it was great having these same reps in my cases as I knew they would be reliable for cases, have my OR staff knowledgeable about the equipment so cases would run smoothly, and I could trust the rep’s knowledge if I needed a second opinion or had to troubleshoot problems if they arose during a case.
