Valor and its surgical reps played a large role in my training during residency, whether it was in the Operating Room or setting up labs for residents to further our training and obtain certification on certain products. Then having stayed in the area after residency, it was great having these same reps in my cases as I knew they would be reliable for cases, have my OR staff knowledgeable about the equipment so cases would run smoothly, and I could trust the rep’s knowledge if I needed a second opinion or had to troubleshoot problems if they arose during a case.
