I have had a close professional relationship with the Valor Medical Sales Team for well over 10 years. During this time, we have collaborated on countless surgical cases. Their performance has been nothing short of spectacular.  Their sales team possesses superb technical knowledge and has mastered the art of communicating with doctors, hospitals, and surgery centers. Universally, the administrators and surgical staff love working with Valor Medical. I trust them implicitly to assist in the care of my patients and give them my highest recommendation without reservation.

Working with Valor Medical has been a great partnership. They are professional, reliable, and consistent in the quality of service they provide for me, and ultimately my patients. Joe and Yoonhee go above and beyond for their providers, which cannot be said for many other medical device companies and vendors. Additionally, Valor’s representatives in the operating room are sharp and highly educated/trained on not only their products, but the surgical procedure as a whole. Valor is also very receptive of feedback and is always looking to improve. Happy to support Valor and hopefully for many more years to come.

As a Medical Device partner, I’ve never worked with such a passionate and dedicated foot and ankle team.  Their surgical knowledge and drive to provide the best care for their surgeon customers will continue to make them successful.

Valor has been a valuable partner with our organization and has helped gain access with key customers and accounts.  Yoonhee and Joe have also built a phenomenal team and culture, which most medical distributors could learn from!

Valor is an extremely professional, seasoned, and engaged team that consistently delivers results. Their relationships with their customers are honorable and long-lasting…telling you all you need to know about their business on the whole. It’s truly an honor to partner with them for the good of their surgeons, facilities, and most-importantly patients they diligently serve.

I have been working with Valor Medical for almost 3 years now and they are our #1 distributor in the US. Valor leadership is top notch – they take ownership of all that they do and most importantly, the #1 focus of the entire Valor Team is on the patient above all else (and it shows). They frequently mentor and share best practices with my less experienced agents.

Valor has a one-of-a-kind team that is committed to not only a keen understanding of patient specific products, but a compassion for the care that we need to afford our patients in order to do what’s best for them in the context of surgical intervention. Whether through traditional modalities or novel technology, the team is committed to helping us help our patients as best as possible.

Valor Medical continues to be a valued source for a plethora of surgical products and knowledgeable reps. They continue to push to carry the products that I want and need to make my life easier on a daily basis. Their reps are always timely and responsive and are supportive regardless of the facility. I’m grateful to have them on my team!

Valor Medical is one of the premier Foot and Ankle distributors in the country. If you are a Health Care Provider in Maryland, DC, or Virginia, I highly recommend the Valor team for their clinical knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly their integrity.

I have had the privilege of working with Joe and Yoonhee for over 15 years and Valor Medical since its inception. You will not find a more knowledgeable, committed orthopedic distributorship. They always anticipate my every implant need and are prepared with multiple alternative options  without my asking. They are always prepared, on time, and provide timely expertise that really improves overall patient care. In addition to their professionalism, they are dedicated to teaching and education, supporting many speakers, journal clubs, and labs over the years for myself and my residents. I am incredibly fortunate to have their support for my practice. If you work with Valor Medical, you will not need nor want to work with any other orthopedic distributors. They are the best at what they do, and they have my highest possible endorsement.

Valor Medical’s customer service is exceptional.  They are highly reliable and supportive of our surgical team members with their education, responsiveness, approachability, and knowledge of their product and procedures.  We always know that we are in good hands with their team, optimizing our care and improving outcomes for our patients.

I’ve worked with the Valor team since I was in training and continue to do so as attending. I choose their team for my cases because they are dependable, knowledgeable but most importantly because of their dedication to patient care. I know I can trust them to assist me in giving access to all my patients with the most up to date and advanced orthopedic implants on the market. You can count on Valor!

When you are working with Valor Medical you are working with a true partner.  Their professionalism and responsiveness makes them a pleasure to do business with!

Valor and its surgical reps played a large role in my training during residency, whether it was in the Operating Room or setting up labs for residents to further our training and obtain certification on certain products. Then having stayed in the area after residency, it was great having these same reps in my cases as I knew they would be reliable for cases, have my OR staff knowledgeable about the equipment so cases would run smoothly, and I could trust the rep’s knowledge if I needed a second opinion or had to troubleshoot problems if they arose during a case. They were extremely valuable to have as a resident and new attending and would highly recommend them.

Valor medical provides expert support and innovative products that help me take better care of my patients.  I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Valor Medical has a dedicated and reliable foot and ankle team making them an invaluable partner in the operating room. I would not trust my OR needs to another company or team out there. Their years of experience, success and accountability shines through!
